Washing and polishing
Hand wash recommended with a soft sponge and mild detergent, then dry immediately with a soft cloth. With use, copper develops a rich patina over time that many love and cherish. To restore a polished shine, use a good copper polish (such as Ruffoni Cleaner) or vinegar.
Money Care
The silver tip naturally tarnishes over time: use a silver polishing cloth to restore its shine, or for a deeper polish, remove it from the lid by turning the special screw—turn the screw, not the tip, to avoid damaging the lid. Always wash by hand, as using a dishwasher will accelerate the tarnishing of the silver.
The kitchen
Recommended for gas stoves, open flames (wood, charcoal, barbecue) and oven - electric stoves are also possible. Use a burner with a diameter similar to that of the cookware, never heat the pan empty and do not exceed 230 C (450 F). To avoid scratching or dulling the polished surface, do not use knives, sharp kitchen tools, corrosive detergents or metal scouring pads.
